My career in St. Joseph Public Schools began in 1995 as a middle school English teacher. In 2004, I became the middle school media specialist and have continued to serve in a media specialist capacity throughout the district, as well as a technology integration specialist. I am passionate about developing students as readers and responsible users of technology. Furthermore, I enjoy leading technology professional development sessions for teachers throughout the school year and summer. My undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Communication, is from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. I also hold a K-12 Reading Specialist certificate and a Master's Degree in K-12 Library Media Services/Technology from Grand Valley State University.
