High School Orchestra Thank you for visiting my site! I am very excited to be the new
Orchestra Director for St. Joseph High School. I hope to continue the
tradition of excellence that St Joseph Orchestras are known for. Before
moving to St. Joseph, I taught Instrumental Music (strings) in New York
City and Rockland County, NY. I have conducted and arranged music for
ensembles that were showcased in such venues as the National Orchestra
Festival, Carnegie Hall, and the New York State School Music Association
Conference. I earned an MA in Music Education with a String
Concentration from Arizona State University and my MA in Music Education from the Teacher's
College at Columbia University.
My goal is to create an environment that combines musicianship, technology, advocacy, and high quality performances in order to give the students a high quality fine arts experience.
When I am not teaching or performing music I am spending time with my wife and my two young children. I enjoy sports, cooking, reading, and traveling.
