Hi and welcome to Mr. Haydon’s page on the high school
website!
The ’10—’11 year is my fifth school year here in St. Joe
and I love it here! I taught in a part-time position at Upton Middle School for the second half of the '06--'07 year and was then fortunate enough to be brought on full-time to the high school the following year. At the high school, I have taught Biology, Chemistry, Forensics, and Topics in Science. I have completely fallen in love with this area and hope to stay in St. Joe!
I am originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan (Iron River),
and moved down to Grand Rapids for school at Grand Valley
State University. I received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
from Grand Valley with a major in Biology and a
minor in Chemistry, as well as my Michigan Teacher’s Certification.
My daily schedule is below for your convenience. Along with this, I am coaching Girls Junior Varsity Golf this fall and Girl’s Track
at Upton this
spring and am really enjoying being able to work with the kids on this type of
level as well!
