Personal Philosophy/Motivation for Teaching:
Every day I am aware that my main motivation for entering the teaching profession was to be a positive influence on the lives of all the students whom I am given the privilege and responsibility to teach. While I truly enjoy and have a passion for mathematics, I have a deeper passion for leading and inspiring students.
The technology today that facilitates communication is indeed helpful to improving the education process, but I firmly believe that teaching is at its core a "people" business and my goals every day are to provide enthusiastic, passionate, caring leadership in the classroom, so that my students improve and grow througout the year in areas like: the skills of the course, the understanding of how to go about learning, the learning how to "enjoy" the process of learning, and come to grow as a "whole" person.
My personal guarantee is that every minute of every class period I will be giving my full energies, passion, and enthusiasm towards helping my students grow as people and as students.
