Welcome to my homepage! This is my 12th year at SJHS (11 as a Drafting/CAD Teacher and my first year as a School Counselor).  I grew up in Spring Lake, Michigan and earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Muskegon Community College.  I loved helping students at MCC in the CAD Lab so I decided to pursue a Career in Teaching.  My next step brought me to Western Michigan University where I earned a Bachelor's degree in CAD/Drafting Education and a Master's degree in Career & Technical Education, focusing in Leadership.  I recently completed a Master's degree in School Counseling, from Grand Valley State University.  I'm excited to move into my new role as a School Counselor.

I am happily married to Mrs. Berry, Life Management Teacher at the High School and we have two amazing children.
