FINE ARTS


Fine arts education is a vital part of the curriculum at all grade levels in the St. Joseph Public School district, and is designed to offer programs that will help children succeed in school, life, and work.

Opportunities are available for our students in music, vocal, visual and the performing arts. Through these programs, students are able to experiment, express themselves, explore and achieve personal goals through a variety of carefully designed curricular and co-curricular activities and lessons. 

ELEMENTARY

All elementary students attend regular art and music classes which often include several performance opportunities throughout the year.

MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL

At the middle and high school art classes continue with new opportunities to participate in the choir, band and orchestra, as well as other performing experiences.  Each of these groups traditional receives high marks at state festivals and is known for the exceptional quality of performance.
